A bot with a referral system integrated with Bitrix24: tracks referrals, deal statuses and payout requests.
What we did
- Designed the flow: registration, unique links, bonus accrual.
- Synchronised deal statuses in the CRM with messages in the bot.
- Added withdrawal requests and manager notifications.
Result
A transparent referral program without Excel: users see statuses and the team gets clean analytics.
