Boutique digital studio
Frolov Digital Studio portfolio
We create digital products that look more expensive than they cost.
Frolov Digital Studio is a well‑rounded team that covers design, development and integrations for small
businesses, educational projects and personal brands.
Full cycle
from idea and prototype to launch
Logic at the core
beautiful and functional
Grounded in practice
real projects, not student mock‑ups
We keep a limited number of projects in work — taking on only what we can deliver with high quality.
A new‑format digital studio
One responsible point of contact with a full stack behind the scenes: websites, bots, CRM and visuals.
At first glance we look like a boutique digital agency. In reality we’re a core team leading design, development and integrations, working with trusted partners to handle everything from concept to launch.
Our founder, Danila Frolov, is a software engineer with years of professional experience. Together with a dedicated team, we love not just beautiful layouts but robust systems: website → bot → CRM → analytics.
Frolov Digital Studio is built around our stack: from UI/UX design and frontend to Telegram bots and Bitrix24 integrations. To our clients it feels like an agency with departments; inside we run a live process held together by logic and clear communication.
Our focus is on education, IT services, proprietary projects and small businesses that value doing things systematically rather than “just somehow”.
Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Telegram API, Bitrix24 REST, Figma, Notion and a healthy dose of common sense.
Focus in our work
Small teams and brands that need a flexible yet systematic approach.
A union of visual and logic: from prototype to CRM reports.
An honest expectation filter: we help you form tasks and priorities.
How our studio is structured
A core team plus trusted partners for backend, marketing and production.
Single point of contact: communication without “passing the buck” between departments.
Flexible formats: pilots, sprints or full products delivered end‑to‑end.
Experience & context
Years in information systems and programming, hands‑on experience with educational projects, launching a tea brand and building internal IT platforms for tech specialists.
Project approach
Less “let’s make it pretty”, more “what should change after launch”. We understand funnels and audience behaviour.
Interaction format
Calls, clear messages and agreed timelines. Voice notes? We’ll transcribe and structure them.

case details
process
How we work on projects
A clear process makes it feel like you’re working with a real studio rather than someone just “clicking around in Figma”.
01Brief and understanding the task
We collect the initial information, project goals, and time and budget constraints. We define what we consider success.
02Structure and prototype
We build a screen map and create a prototype without ornamentation, agreeing on logic and user scenarios.
03Visual design
We choose the style, colour palette and typography, assembling full‑fledged layouts.
04Development and integrations
We code the front end, connect the back end and integrate with CRMs, bots and third‑party services.
05Testing and launch
We test on different devices, polish the details, release to production and help through the first weeks.
who we fit
Expectation filter: honest and upfront
A brief note on how we work together: when we’re the right team and when it’s better to choose another option.
We’re a good fit if
you want a transparent IT result with clear timelines and KPIs;
you value understanding why decisions are made and want to be part of them;
there is a responsible person for materials, access and feedback;
you need a site/bot/CRM stack that truly processes leads, not just a “business card”;
regular updates and post‑launch support matter so the project keeps working.
We’re not a fit if
you need “a site/bot today for the lowest budget” without a clear goal;
you want to clone a competitor’s project without adapting it to your audience;
there’s no time or willingness to provide feedback, materials and access;
you expect the project to run itself after launch, with no support;
the only criterion is price, not results and measurable metrics.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions answered in advance
This block saves time in correspondence: some questions are answered right away, the rest we discuss when we get into the details.
How much does it cost to build a website / bot?
Website budgets typically range from 30 to 100k ₽; bots with integrations run from 25 to 80k ₽. The exact figure depends on the number of screens, logic and integrations. To start it’s enough to send an example for reference and a couple of paragraphs about your task.
How long does it usually take?
A simple landing page with smooth communication takes 1.5–3 weeks. The website + bot + CRM package takes 4–6 weeks. A key factor is how quickly decisions are made and materials are provided.
How does the process work?
We start with a short brief and a call (if desired), then move through structure → prototype → design → development → integrations → launch. At every stage there are clear interim results and tracked changes.
What about revisions?
We usually include 2–3 rounds of meaningful design revisions and 1–2 rounds for the implemented version. It’s important to collect feedback in batches rather than one at a time — that’s both faster and more cost‑effective.
Is it possible to improve an existing project?
Yes. You can start with an audit: analyse what’s been done, where the bottlenecks are and what will yield results the fastest. There’s not always a need to scrap everything and start from zero.
