Purpose and data
I freely consent to processing the name, reply contact, project type, budget and brief that I submit at frolovstudio.ru to consider my enquiry, contact me about it and prepare a proposal. Optional fields are my choice. The request number, receipt time and document version are retained as a consent record. This consent does not cover advertising, publication or sale of my data.
Processing
The operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, restrict and delete the data, with or without automation. The enquiry is stored on the website server and accessed in a protected area. Automatic Telegram notifications do not contain the enquiry contents.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved, I withdraw it, or 180 days have passed since submission, whichever happens first. I can withdraw consent at havronichevas@gmail.com, identifying my reply contact or request number. Processing then stops and data is deleted within applicable statutory periods, unless another legal basis permits continued processing.
Giving consent
I select the separate, initially unchecked consent field and press “Send request”. Browsing alone is not consent to process an enquiry. This text is separate from the terms and policy. The form cannot be sent without consent; optional browser draft saving is controlled separately.
